Callaloo in the Classroom

Callaloo in the Classroom is a unique arts and culture educational experience for children from pre-school to 8th grade.

Classes range from visual arts, to dance, to music, and yoga and wellness. Our classes ignite children’s imaginations and their understanding of the diverse world around them. Led by professional artists and educators, we provide an opportunity for all children to engage and explore in cultural creativity and collaborative learning while increasing their cultural literacy skills.

Since 2014, we’ve worked with the following schools and organizations: Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, Kipp Academy, DC Public Schools, Montgomery County Schools, and Baltimore Public Schools.

Classes are available individually or as a curriculum series.
